Step 1
With a cookie cutter cut 10 equal shape and size pieces of the pastry dough, in 5 of them place a tsp of coconut date paste and cover with the other 5 remaining pieces.
Step 2
Insert your lollipop stick, with a fork press down to stick both sides of the pieces together.
Step 3
Place in a baking sheet, brush with egg wash.
Step 4
Bake at 400 F for 12 minutes.
Step 5
Cool down, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
