Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drizzle the potatoes with two tablespoons of olive oil, and Battata Harra Spice Blend. Toss well to combine.

Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in one layer. Roast until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy about 30 minutes, make sure you flip them halfway through.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a frying Pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the garlic and fresh cilantro. Sauté for a minute or 2 until the oil is fragrant and the cilantro is wilted.
Step 5
Top your crispy potatoes with the herb and garlic mixture. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
