Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the meat.
Season with Liyye Seasoning, salt and all the spices. Cook and stir continuously until the meat is cooked over high heat.
Add the soaked rice over the meat. Add the bay leaves.
Pour the beef broth over the rice. Add the raisins.
Let it boil then lower the heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Take off the heat.
Serve the rice in a plate. Garnish with raisins and mixed nuts.
