Hummus with Meat and Liyye

Recipes Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Sultan Olive Oil
  • 7 oz Beef or lamb (Diced)
  • Pinch Ziyad Brand Liyye Seasoning
  • Pinch of Ziyad Brand Allspice
  • Salt
  • 0.30 oz Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 tsp Pine nuts
  • 6.25 oz Hummus
  • Drizzle of Sultan Olive Oil


Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the meat.

Step 2

Season with Liyye Seasoning, allspice powder and salt. Cook and stir continuously until the meat is cooked over high heat.

Step 3

Add the pomegranate molasses. Add the pine nuts. Take off the heat.

Step 4

Serve the hummus in a bowl. Top the hummus with beef mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
