Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the meat.

Season with Liyye Seasoning, allspice powder and salt. Cook and stir continuously until the meat is cooked over high heat.

Add the pomegranate molasses. Add the pine nuts. Take off the heat.
Step 4
Serve the hummus in a bowl. Top the hummus with beef mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
