Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the meat. Season with Ziyad Brand Liyye Seasoning, allspice powder, and salt.
Cook and stir continuously until the meat is cooked over high heat.
Serve the awarma in a fekhara (clay cooking pot) and place over medium heat.
Crack the eggs and cook until the egg whites are set and yolks are still runny, then take off the heat.
Season with Ziyad Brand Sumac. Garnish with mint leaves.
