Easy Green Hummus

Recipes Ingredients

  • 14 oz can Ziyad Brand Ready to Eat Hummus
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • ½ jalapeño seeds removed (add more if you like heat)
  • ¼ tsp Ziyad Brand Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Sultan Brand Olive Oil
  • Garnish: Ziyad Brand Giardinera, jalapeños and chopped cilantro


Step 1

Add garlic, jalapeño and cilantro to a food processor and blend until you have a thick paste. Add the remainder of the ingredients.

Step 2

Thin with water if necessary. Scrape down the bowl to make sure all is incorporated. Adjust your seasoning to taste.

Step 3

To serve: spread on a plate with a nice drizzle of olive oil. Also a sprinkle of cumin, chopped cilantro and jalapeños. Serve with pita bread, corn chips, and chopped vegetables.
