Drain the can of chickpeas and reserve some of the liquid.
Add ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender, blend for a few minutes until hummus is smooth and creamy.
If it’s too thick, you may add a tbsp of the reserved liquid, 1 tbsp at a time to achieve the desired consistency.
Taste for seasoning.
To serve: Spread hummus on a plate with a spoon, sprinkle a bit of cumin and paprika and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
